Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a Public Interest Litigation. A letter, dated 09.10.2017, is also filed in the Registry to that effect.

Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
