This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 117 of 2012 on the file of Women Police Station, Warangal. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that this crime has already been quashed by this Court in Criminal Petition No. 5178 of 2014. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Petition does not survive for further adjudication. Therefore, it is dismissed as infructuous.
