There was no representation for the petitioners - A2 to A8 on 10.09.2018. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today, 'for dismissal'. In spite of posting the matter under the caption, "for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioners today also.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for default. Interim stay granted by this court on 02.11.2011 in Crl.P.M.P.No.11753 of 2011 shall stand vacated. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
