THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU WRIT PETITION No.14355 of 2015 ORDER:

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to declare the action of respondents 3 and 4 in interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property admeasuring 200 sq.yards covering plot Nos.88 and 115 in Sy.No.58/2B of Vikruthamala Village, Yerpedu Mandal, Chittoor District without following due process of law as illegal and arbitrary and to consequently direct the respondents not to dispossess him from the said property.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue stated that there is no such threat of dispossession to the petitioner. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the property in question except in accordance with law.
