THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.30859 of 2011 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this case was that the police authorities were not executing the non-bailable warrants issued against respondent Nos. 6, 7 and 8 herein in P.R.C.No.24 of 2003 on the file of the learned IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, City Criminal Court, Hyderabad.

Relying on the written instructions dated 07.07.2015 received from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chikkadapalli Police Station, Hyderabad, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed this Court that respondent Nos. 6, 7 and 8 herein surrendered before the learned IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, City Criminal Court, Hyderabad, pursuant to the directions of this Court in Crl.R.C.Nos.1354, 1407 and 1408 of 2012 and thereupon, the nonbailable warrants issued against them were recalled by the Court. The case was stated to be pending.

In view of the aforestated developments, the grievance of the petitioner as regards the execution of the non-bailable warrants issued against respondent Nos.6, 7 and 8 no longer survives for consideration.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
