THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.11753 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "For the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue the Writ or order/s more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of respondent No.3 pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 13.12.2016 as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Articles 21 and 300 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct respondent No.3 to take action on representation of the petitioner dated 13.12.2016." When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner submitted a representation, dated 13.12.2016 to respondent No.3 but no action has been taken thereon. A request is made to direct respondent No.3 to pass appropriate orders on the said representation as per law.

Having regard to the said submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.3 to pass orders on the representation, dated 13.12.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

AVSS, J W.P.No.11753 of 2017 Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. _________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 10th APRIL, 2017.
