THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.16444 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner complains against not incorporating the name of petitioner in online pahani by respondent No.3.

The Assistant Government Pleader places on record, the written instructions dated 21.07.2017 together with proceeding dated 28.05.2017 of respondent No.3 ordering incorporation of name of the petitioner in E-portal pahani.

In view of the above development, the writ prayer does not survive.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
