HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY PETITION No.96 OF 2013 ORDER:

Sri C. Sumon, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that M/s. ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd.,-Petitioner company and M/s. YT Engineers (India) Pvt. Ltd.,-Respondent company have settled the matter in terms of the Memorandum of Settlement entered into between them on 11.01.2016. Pursuant to which the respondent company has paid a sum of Rs.32,00,000/- to the petitioner company vide Demand Draft No.742525, dated 11.11.2016, drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank.

It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Company Application No.131 of 2016 is filed to bring on record a copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 11.01.2016 and to seek permission of this Court to withdraw the Company Petition.

Recording the said submission, the Company Application No.131 of 2016 is ordered and the Company Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand closed.
