THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25200 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pasam Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein submitted an application under LRS, on 30.12.2016 vide Application No.E3000082075 in respect of the landed property bearing plot No.E/7 (part) and plot No.A/21/1 part in Sy.No.8 situated at Ward No.11, Block No.13, Green Hills Colony, Saroornagar village and mandal, Ranga Reddy District. It is further submitted that, though considerable time has elapsed, no action has been taken by the GHMC. Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondent-GHMC to take appropriate action on the said LRS application by fixing some timeframe.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that appropriate action would be taken on the said application, said to have been submitted by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to take appropriate action on the LRS

application, dated 30.12.2016, said to have been submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
