THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.34225 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleaders for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Revenue, appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 3 respectively, and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing for the second respondent, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

The grievance of the petitioners, in the present Writ Petition, is that, for redressal of their grievance, they submitted a representation on 20.06.2018 to the second respondent herein but no action has been taken so far.

Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to direct the second respondent to verify the representation, submitted by the petitioners herein, and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such representation is pending consideration before the second respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent herein to verify the representation, dated 20.06.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
