THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.5644 of 2012 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was that the police authorities were interfering in his civil disputes with the 5th respondent and pressurising him to vacate the house property bearing No.13-6-615/H17 situated at Pedakapu Layout, Ward No.13, Tirupati Town, Chittoor District.

Relying on the written instructions dated 17.08.2015 furnished by the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, East Tirupathi Police Station, Tirupathi Urban District, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed this Court that the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 5th respondent was the subject-matter of O.S.No.27 of 2012 on the file of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tirupathi. She stated that the police authorities had nothing to do with the issue and they never interfered in the said civil dispute or tried to evict the petitioner from the subject house property. The petitioner's allegation that the police interfered with his life and liberty or his property was denied.

Recording the aforestated stand of the police authorities, the writ petition is closed.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
