HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 33986 of 2018 ORDER:

The unauthorized occupation of the subject land by the petitioner-Academy and their eviction by the respondents, is the subject matter of this writ petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner-Academy fairly submits that though there is no document evidencing their right over the subject land, they have been using the land for running the Academy. According to him, the authorities are trying to dispossess them without following the due procedure. 3.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that the petitioners have illegally encroached upon the subject land, and no permission is given by the Government for running the Academy in the said land.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the respondents to follow due process of law, before evicting the petitioner-Academy from the said premises. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. _________________________ JUSTICE C.
