When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for petitioners.

As can be seen from the record, the petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking directions to keep their names in the pool of surplus employees for considering their cases for regularization as and when vacancies arise in the office of Chief Engineer. 3.

A perusal of the proceedings sheet would indicate that this Court granted interim directions as prayed for, on 07.07.2010 and the petitioners have sought interim directions to keep their names in the pool of surplus employees for considering their cases for regularization as and when vacancies arise in the office of Chief Engineer. 4.

Since the relief sought by the petitioners was granted by way of interim orders, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this writ petition.
