ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a certiorari to quash order, dated 29.02.2016, in O.A.No.849 of 2016, on the file of the A.P. Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad.
After arguing the case, Sri V.S.R.Anjaneyulu, learned counsel for the petitioner, being unable to overcome the Presidential Order, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition along with O.A.No.849 of 2016, with liberty to his client to file a fresh writ petition questioning the very Presidential Order. This request is not opposed by the learned Government Pleader for Services (AP).
In view of the above, the writ petition as well as O.A.No.849 of
2016 are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, WP.M.P.No.14702 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
