HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 34019 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.4 in not issuing pattadar pass books and title deeds and cheques under Rythubandu Scheme to the petitioners in respect of lands in Survey Nos.441/27/1 and 441/27, admeasuring Ac.2.00 guntas, situated at Gandhinagar, H/o.Pillalamarri village, Suryapet mandal and District, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) Learned counsel for the petitioners mainly submits that though several representations are made to respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 on 11.07.2018, 20.07.2018 and 20.08.2018, till date, no orders are passed.

4) Learned Government Pleader for revenue would submit that if the representations are pending consideration, the same would be considered in accordance with law, at the earliest.

5) Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent - authorities to deal with the representations dated 20.07.2018 and 20.08.2018, made by the petitioners seeking issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four to six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, after hearing all the concerned.
