This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., for quashing the proceedings in Crime No.110 of 2012 of Srikalahasthi I-Town P.S., Chittoor District, registered against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Section 498-A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.

At the hearing, both the learned counsel submits that both the parties have entered into a compromise as per the terms and conditions in the Memorandum of Compromise recorded by a Division Bench of this Court in the Common Judgment rendered in C.M.A.No.1058 of 2017 and FCA No.146 of 2013, dated 21.12.2017; and therefore the present petition can be allowed by quashing the proceedings against the petitioners in Crime No.110 of 2012 of Srikalahasti I-Town P.S., Chittoor District.

Recording the submission, the criminal petition is allowed by quashing the proceedings against the petitioners in Crime No.110 of 2012 of Srikalahasti ITown P.S., Chittoor District. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
