There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As a matter of fact, even on 28.09.2018 there was no representation. As such the matter is posted to today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, there is no representation. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel, the interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
