HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.34008 OF 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 4th respondent, in not incorporating the name of the petitioner in the concerned revenue records for land admeasuring Ac.0.10 cents, situated in new Sy.No.13 (old Sy.No.38/2) of Arasavalli Village, Srikakulam District as illegal and arbitrary.

The facts are not in dispute. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that the 4th respondent, is not considering the application dated 1.2.2017 of the petitioner for mutating his name in the revenue records, with regard to the subject property. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, would submit that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the respondent-authority to consider the application/request of the petitioner to mutate his name in the revenue records in respect of the subject property, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, to deal with the application dated 1.2.2017, submitted by the petitioner seeking to mutate his name in the revenue records in respect of the subject land and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four to six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if the petitioner is otherwise entitled, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.

With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
