Learned counsel appearing for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal and to that effect, he has filed a letter dated 16.12.2015 in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
