HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.24545 of 2015 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy) When the matter is called for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for petitioners that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioners have paid the entire amount due to the respondent-Bank and hence the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.
2 . In view of the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order granted by this Court on 06.08.2015 is vacated. However, it is made clear that if the loan account of the 1st respondent is fully settled, it is open to the respondent-Bank to return the documents, if any, deposited by the petitioners in the Bank. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
