THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5479 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in registering the complaint without perusing the same by including the bailable Sections in order to help the fourth respondent.

In view of the nature of disposal of the present Writ Petition, the notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with. Since the complaint of the petitioner is already registered, it is always open to the Investigating Officer to alter the Sections based on the information gathered during the course of investigation. In view of the same, since the petitioner had already given a complaint to the second respondent on 25.01.2017, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to go through the said complaint and investigate the complaint in accordance with law.
