THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.13036 of 2013 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.233 of 2013 on the file of the Nelakondapalli Police Station, Khammam District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 I.P.C.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that the charge-sheet was already filed in this case and hence nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition.
