HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.3 4 0 4 9 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Rajanagaram Police Station, Urban Police District, Rajamahendravaram, dated 25.10.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. To the extent of their relevancy for disposal of the present Writ Petition, the said instructions read as under: - "It is relevant to submit here that the petitioner has filed a petition before the District Legal Services Authority, Rajamahendravaram, in the above matter, which was forwarded to Rajanagaram P.S., through proper channel on 16.10.2018.

Thereon enquiry was conducted by the Asst.SubInspector of Police, wherein the petitioner is not residing at the given address in Rajamahendravaram.

It is submitted that in case the petitioner makes any representation/ complaint before the 3rd respondent Police Station, the same will be examined and necessary action will be taken thereon, in accordance with law."

Having regard to the same and placing the said instructions on record, and leaving it open for the petitioner herein to file a fresh complaint, if the petitioner is so advised to do so, for consideration of the respondent-police authorities, strictly in accordance with law, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
