ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner of the land in Sy.No.276-1 in an extent of Ac.2.50 cents situated at Kurugunta village, Anantapuram Mandal, Anantapur District. He filed O.S.No.513 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ananthapur for declaration of title and for permanent injunction against respondents 5 and 6, which is still pending. Though the suit is till pending as the 3rd respondent, vide proceedings dated 16.07.2014 granted police protection to respondents 5 and 6 to enter into the land in question,
the petitioner filed a revision before the 2nd respondent along with stay petition. Complaining inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in passing orders either in the stay petition or in the revision, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P.) for respondents.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders either in the revision or in the stay petition filed by the petitioner within a period of three months from today. Pending disposal of the revision petition, there shall be stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 16.07.2014. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
