This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing the proceedings No.DVC/142/Bhupalapalli-6th Social Audit/S.T/HR/2014, dated 27.05.2015 removing the petitioner from service as field Assistant of Azamnagar Gram Panchayat, Bhupalapalli Mandal, Jayashanker Bhupalapalli District as illegal and arbitrary. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has also filed appeal against the impugned order dated 27.05.2015 before the 2nd respondent on 20.01.2017 and that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal. In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal said to have been filed by the petitioner on 20.01.2017 against impugned order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
