THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 800 of 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 29.09.2016, passed in W.P.M.P.No.41420 of 2016 in W.P.No.33539 of 2016. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order, dated 29.09.2016, has been complied with. In view of the above submission, no further proceedings are warranted in the present contempt case.

The contempt case is accordingly closed.
