2013 and the consequential draft declaration under Section 6 of 1894 Act dt. 06.01.2015 and consequential award proceedings vide No.C3/2341/2013 dt.31.03.2015 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and contrary to the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act and set-aside the same (or) alternatively direct the 3rd respondent to acquire the entire property of the Petitioners premises bearing No.8-2-293/82/A/61/1, in Plot No.60 and 61/A of an extent of 2099.97 sq yrds together with the built-up area 1 lakh Sft approximately in terms of the Act of 2013 and pay compensation for such entire acquisition in tune with Act of 2013. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri B. Chandrasen Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner, G.P.
for Revenue (TG) for Respondent Nos.1 & 2 and Sri K. Vivek Reddy, Standing Counsel for Respondent No.
