This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the docket order dated 27.05.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.598 of 2016 in M.C.No.387 of 2015 on the file of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Case-cum-Additional Family Courtcum-IX Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad. 2.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of M.C.No.387 of 2015 as early as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties, this Court is not inclined to express any opinion on the impugned order.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Case-cum-Additional Family Courtcum-IX Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, is hereby directed to dispose of M.C.No.387 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. 6.
