HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI WRIT PETITION No.1352 of 2015 ORDER:

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that since Final Report has been submitted before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Karimnagar, on 07.06.2015 referring the case as "False", the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
