This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC assailing the orders dated 09.02.2016 passed in E.P.No.51 of 2014 in O.S.No.249 of 2004 on the file of Junior Civil Judge Court, Kanigiri, Prakasam District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing this revision has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
