This petition is filed, by the petitioners, seeking for quash of the proceedings against him in C.C.No.107 of 2013 on the file of the court of XIV Metropolitan Magistrate at Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar. The offences alleged are under Sections 498A and 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

The Public Prosecutor files a Memo stating that the impugned CC ended in acquittal vide judgment, dated 14.02.2014.

Hence, considering the above, this court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim stay granted by this court on 14.06.2013 in this petition shall stand vacated.
