SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.38450 of 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'For Dismissal' owing to the lack of representation for the petitioner company when it was taken up for hearing on 15.06.2016. Further, on 16.06.2016, when the matter appeared under the said caption, a request was made for an adjournment to 21.06.2016. Today, the matter appears under the caption 'For Dismissal' but, yet again, there is no representation for the petitioner company or its learned counsel when the matter is called.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
