Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the Writ Petition (TR) another cause of action arise and the same is not stated in the affidavit; and fairly submits that the present writ petition(TR) may be closed with a permission to the petitioners to file fresh petition before appropriate forum. 2.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed, leaving it open to the petitioners to pursue their remedies, in accordance with law. 3.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to cost.
