Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the Court below under the provisions of Cr.P.C., as and when necessity arises.

Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the Court below under the provisions of Cr.P.C., as and when necessity arises. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
