Heard Sri V. Ramesh Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2.

2. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that now all the transactions pertaining to the Corporation have been made through on-line, and that it is open for the petitioner to make an appropriate application through on-line, and if it is made, the same would be considered in accordance with law.

3. Recording the above submission and giving liberty to the petitioner herein to submit an application through on-line, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission itself. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present Writ Petition, stand closed.
