HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.11954 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in interfering with the civil disputes at the behest of the fourth respondent.

Since there are transactions between the petitioners and the fourth respondent and it is a case of unnecessary involvement of the third respondent, liberty is given to the petitioners to submit a representation to the second respondent, if there is any interference of the third respondent, and it is needless to observe that as and when the representation is received by the second respondent, the second respondent shall take necessary action in accordance with law. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
