HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.2126 OF 2017 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present Criminal Petition, since, the petitioners intend to file a revision for the very same relief, and requests to give a direction to the Registry to return immediately the Certified Copy of the petition as well as the orders contained thereon.

2. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Registry is directed to return the Certified Copy of the petition in Cr.M.P.No.500 of 2017 in C.C.No.25 of 2017 on the file of learned III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ongole, as well as the orders contained thereon.

4. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
