This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking the Court to enlarge the petitioner, who is arrayed as Accused No.7, in S.C.No.5 of 2021 pending on the file of the Court of IX Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-IX Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, on bail.

The offences alleged against the petitioner/Accused No.7 are under Sections 120-B(1), 302, 364, 379, 448, 449, 341, 342, 352, 323 and 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused No.7 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Petition. 3.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
