THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.10025 of 2016 ORDER:

1st petitioner is the widow and 2nd petitioner is daughter of a freedom fighter, who died on 09.03.1998. 1st petitioner made a representation on 06.02.2016 to 3rd respondent for allotment of Acs.10-00 guntas of land either in survey Nos.30 and 39 of Akkampeta Vilalge, Tada Mandal, SPSR Nellore or in survey Nos.100 and 105 of Chevireddypalle village. Now the petitioners seek a direction for disposal of the said representation by the 3rd respondent.

2. The Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for the respondents states that the 3rd respondent will consider the 1st petitioner's representation and pass orders thereon within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the 1st petitioner's representation dt.06.02.2016 and pass orders thereon within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
