THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.643 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.P.No.1169 of 2012 on the file of the IV Additional District Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, and transfer the same to the court of Senior Civil Judge at Addanki, Prakasam District, for disposal in accordance with law. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition as the parties have amicably settled the matter outside the Court.

Permission is granted.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
