THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION Nos.26252, 30137, 32372, 32395, 32396 and 33303 of 2012 COMMON ORDER:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) These Writ Petitions are filed against the orders passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal (Tribunal), Hyderabad Bench, in the review petition filed by the petitioners herein and the original applications filed by the respondents. By the orders under challenge, the Tribunal followed the order passed by a co-ordinate bench of the Karnataka CAT, in Original Application No.181 of 2009, which was allowed on 26.04.2010; this was confirmed by the Karnataka High Court by its order in W.P.No.37322 of 2010 and W.P.No.1576 to 1698 of 2011 dated 21.04.2011; and the S.L.P. preferred there-against (S.L.P.No.

22720 of 2011) was also dismissed. The review petition filed by the petitioners was dismissed, and the Original Applications filed by the respondents was allowed by the Tribunal. Subsequently the Supreme Court, by its order in Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited v. S.K. Dubey (Civil Appeal No.7830 of 2014 dated 12.08.2014), held:- "............In view the above, it is held that the view of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Bangalore Bench in original applicatio Both Sri B.Narasimha Sarma, Learned Counsel for the petitioners, Smt K.Udayasri and Dr.A.Raghu Kumar, Learned Counsel for the respondents, would agree that, in view of the order of the Supreme Court as aforementioned, all these Writ Petitions must be allowed, and the orders of the Tribunal under challenge must be set aside. They are, accordingly, set aside.
