This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 19.01.2016 passed in I.A.No.2750 of 2015 in O.S.No.45 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Court, Vizianagaram. 2.

As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court delivered the judgment in O.S.No.45 of 2012 on 21.02.2017. In view of the disposal of main suit, the purpose of filing this revision petition became infructuous. 3.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
