When the matter was listed on 02.11.2016, a submission was made that the identical matter was heard and reserved for orders in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch. However, today, when the matter is called for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order in the above batch of writ petitions has been delivered on 31.10.2016. This aspect of the matter is not being disputed by the learned counsel for the respondents.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the common order dated 31.10.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch. No order as to costs.

A copy of the common order dated 31.10.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch shall be annexed to this order. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall also stand closed.
