When the matter is called, Ms. G. Sridevi, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, submit that the subject matter of the writ petition is covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.25188 of 2016, dated 01.08.2016, wherein it was directed that the respondents shall consider and pass orders on the petitioners' applications submitted for regularisation.

2. Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the application stated to have been submitted by the petitioner for regularisation of her open plot in Survey No.3(p) admeasuring 436 square yards situated at Guttala Begumpet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in accordance with the Rules framed in G.O.Ms.No.151 dated 02.11.2015 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
