THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.34136 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, that the petitioner herein did not submit any representation, much less, the representation, dated 30.08.2018, as stated in the writ affidavit.

On hearing the same, a request is made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner may be permitted to submit an appropriate representation to the Assistant Director of Mines and Geology, Krishna District, Vijayawada/3rd respondent herein, for redressal of his grievance.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to file an appropriate representation before the Assistant Director of Mines and Geology, Krishna District, Vijayawada/3rd respondent herein, for redressal of his grievance, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and if any such representation is made by the petitioner herein, within the time stipulated above, the Assistant Director of Mines and Geology, Krishna District, Vijayawada/3rd respondent herein is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate Orders, strictly in

accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
