HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 34128 of 2018 ORDER:
1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.4 in not considering the claims of the petitioners for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds by mutating the names of the petitioners in respect of the lands admeasuring Acs.31.00 cents in Survey Nos.6-3, Acs.7.36 cents in Survey No.6-3A and Acs.50.75 cents in Survey No.8/2 in total extent of Acs.105.42 cents, situated at Kogili village, Hamlet of Vuddi Kandriga village, Chittamur mandal, SPSR Nellore District, as illegal and arbitrary. 3) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for revenue would submit that the request of the petitioners would be dealt with, provided they make applications in the prescribed form. 4) Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to make fresh online applications in Form 6A, in which event, the respondents
shall deal with the same, in accordance with law, at the earliest, after hearing all the concerned.
