It is the submission of learned Public Prosecutor that the police already filed final report and the trial Court taken cognizance of the same in C.C.No.1753 of 2016.

Having regard to the above, since the remedies are left open to the petitioners/A.1, A.2 and A.6 to A.9 either to file fresh quash petition impugning the police final report with Part-II case diary or ask for discharge if there are no grounds to frame charges as contemplated by Section 239 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is closed. 5.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the criminal petition shall stand closed.
