I.A.No.1 of 2025 This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of condition No.(ii) imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.15337 of 2025 on 05.12.2025. Heard both sides.

The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is working as Senior Associate in State Bank of India, Kalyandurg, Ananthapur District, which is far away from Utkoor Police Station, Narayanpet District and causing inconvenience to the bank work whenever he is appearing before the concerned Station House Officer. Further, petitioner has availed all the leaves during the period of filing and obtaining anticipatory bail. Hence, prayed this Court to relax the said condition. Having regard to the submissions made and the averments of the petition, the condition of petitioner appearing before the concerned Station House Officer on every Wednesday at 11.00 a.m., for a period of eight

(8) weeks, for the purpose of investigation and thereafter as and when required is relaxed and petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Station House Officer on every Sunday between 09.00 a.m and 05.00 p.m. for a period of eight (8) weeks from

the date of his surrender or till filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier and thereafter as and when required.
