This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioners/Accused No.2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.259 of 2013 of Shamirpet Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 423 and 506 I.P.C.
2) When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that in the above crime, the police concerned filed a referred report after completion of the investigation and no cause survives for adjudication in this criminal petition and the same has become infructuous.
3) Recording the said submission, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to move if at all any cognizance under Section 190 Cr.P.C taken thereon or from any protest petition under Section 190 read with 200 of Cr.P.C.
