Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the Municipality ventilating her grievance as agitated in the writ petition.

By granting such relief, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
